Long Time User

I have used Structured for a very long time and it is one of the best for block scheduling and being able to micro-plan inside the blocks. I love this app. It’s easy to navigate and simple to use. Def recommend.

I love this app. I have a hard time staying focused and this app helps keeps me on track. My time management has improved so much.

Feature Creep

An app that should be simple, buried in an awful UX with autofilled values that destroy user agency. Hey at least they got AI integration before usable design.

It’s a Trap

I downloaded this because I lead a busy life and want to make room for what’s important and stay on track. I downloaded this because I needed the structure it promised. I did the free trial, and continued with the subscription plan. For about a week, the alerts helped me stay on track. HOWEVER, after that first week, I stopped getting alerts. It took some time for me to figure that out. I still am not getting notified, and I have already been charged for the year. Not reliable for its intended use. It was challenging to customize at first, but was able to learn through the videos on YouTube before its complete failure. Will be deleting and hope to warn anyone else before they purchase. Might as well go back to ole reliable reminders provided free by Apple.

Spectacular App

This app is just amazing. It helps me stay organized and I am more motivated to complete a task when I schedule them through this application. The amount of features available without a required payment is fantastic. Quite honestly, I am more inclined to purchase a subscription to the app when there are many features available for free. Truly wonderful app. Very well done!

Improvements

I wish I could drag and drop inbox items right into the timeline. I also find that inbox items are buggy- slow to open up and slow to delete. Overall I really benefit from this app as a visual person with ADHD, inattentive type. The more ‘physical’, colorful, and less grid-like this app can be, the better for folks like me.

Great for building/breaking habits‼️

I’ve been using this a for over 6 months and it really works. I have AuDHD (Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD). This helps me keep up with important daily tasks and habits.

Some things I’ve used this for are: remembering toothbrush, my teeth every morning and every night

Great potential.

Okay is it just me or do I think they need to let us repeat tasks without having to pay? Honestly, I hope the developer sees this. It used to be free. I used to use this app ALL the time. And now we can’t even repeat?

Structured is AMAZING

As a small business owner that still try to work I ca. some times over book or promise to set dates and appointments that completely slip my mind. Structured had structured my days and help me became more organized

Fabulous.

Let's face it, there's plenty of crummy software out there, and updates don't always help. But this is amazing. This developer put a lot of work into this version. Take time to explore all the options. You'll be glad you did.

laptop app is buggy

iphone app works great. usually works well on ipad too. however, the structured app downloaded onto my macbook is buggy. doesnt let me type seamlessly and constantly glitches. i often have to re-rype the title of event event multiple times and severely reduces my likelihood to use the app for the purpose it was intended. if mac app bugs are fixed, this app is a dream!! please fix!!

I LOVE This App, but the Inbox Is HORRIBLY PAINFUL! Please end the suffering!

I absolutely love this app except for one thing: The Inbox.

If it wasn’t for the inbox, I would give this app five stars. In fact, I would give it more if I could.

The Inbox is so painful to use on a tablet and especially on a phone if you have a lot of items sitting there that you haven’t scheduled yet. And isn’t that the whole point of an inbox? I put things there because I know I need to do them, I don’t want to forget them, but I don’t necessarily know yet when I’m going to do them.

I currently have around 20 things in my Inbox, and trying to organize them is incredibly frustrating. You have to press and hold each task and drag it where you want it. But if you’re trying to move something farther up the list, once you reach the top of the screen, IT DOESN’T KEEP SCROLLING. It just stops. So you have to let go of the task, scroll the list to make more room at the top, find the task again, drag it farther up, and keep repeating this process.

Why???

There’s also no way to filter or sort the Inbox by category, which would at least make managing a larger Inbox easier.

What frustrates me so much is that I genuinely LOVE this app. I have a lot of plates spinning in my life, with both big and little things I need to remember, and Structured is exactly the kind of app I need. But I’m starting to wonder if the Inbox is actually helping me manage all of those things or just giving me another frustrating list that I have to manage.

Please fix this user experience. At the very least, tasks should continuously scroll when you drag them to the top or bottom of the screen. Even better, give us ways to sort, filter, group, or otherwise organize the Inbox.

I design software, so I understand that development takes time and priorities have to be made. But this feels like such a fundamental usability issue in a core part of the app. Please make it a priority.

I really don’t want to stop using Structured because I love almost everything else about it. But the Inbox is making me want to.
