Weird marketing ploy
Seems like you have to pay to even use the app at all, it started asking me loads of questions like it was going to help and then just before I could actually get any value, I’m given a paywall. This is after I was asked to rate the app so how many are giving 5 stars two minutes before they realise they’re about to delete it off their phone ?? 😒

I’m a self taught on guitar and I seen this app everywhere “oh it’s so good blah blah blah” I agree it’s a good app but seven pounds a week? What? That’s crazy and I don’t have that money just to throw around at a money hungry app it’s a good idea but so expensive it limits people that want to learn guitar but can’t afford a teacher or even this app it sucks

Learning how to pla
It doesn’t actually teach you how to play the guitar it only shows you the chords but it doesn’t go in depth on how to actually use them for an app that’s supposed to be about teaching you to play your favorite songs it actually doesn’t even do it

Just do yourself a favor and download songster and look at YouTube this app is awful chords are wrong and song choices are very limited

I went and put all my information just to be met with the inevitable, a subscription. i’d pay for the app i’m not paying monthly for this. money grab lame and stupid, i suggest redoing the whole thing because it sucks

I logged in super exited and then realize that you NEED a subscription. this made me furious because why not just make a free version? some people can’t afford almost 10 dollars every week?! please fix this so I can actually use the app.

Everyone says its free but we need to pay we can't even accord our guitar or learn it could be better if we could at least accord the guitar..
only if there was an option to not pay the subscription and play with some restrictions
