Worst app ever
I pay 257pound for the deposit but never receive any contract from the accommodation. I wrote many emails to confirm the application but they never reply. My application was created on 1/9 but it’s 21/9 now and the application is still processing?? I ask to take me deposit back because of the low efficiency and bad service but no one reply my emails for my request.

They are quite unprofessional and will probably try to behave badly when they get your money and use bad sales tactics
Scam
As the only real review here, I felt obligated to let you know that this app is a scam, they take you first month/deposit and don’t contact you, looked it up afterwards and it’s happened to countless people, also look at the names on the reviews, plus every review on Facebook say that this website is garbage.

weird
It’s really weird that they force you to fill all this private information they don’t really need before you can even book somewhere. They’ve got some good properties but you can get less hassle going through someone else.
