fantastic experience at this Pilates studio! The teachers are amazing, providing personalized attention and motivation. The beautiful studio has a lovely atmosphere that enhances each session. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this is a great place for Pilates. Highly recommend!
Yoga Studio
Using it for our Yoga Studio and so far it seems to be easy to use for booking classes.
Wouldn’t Recommend
I use this app for my local gym. I have absolutely no issues with booking and finding the classes. The problem I have, the calendar doesn’t sync so every week I have to work out the dates and classes I have previously booked, which takes too much time. I also get zero reminders even though they are set up. So, I’m constantly in the app checking to see if I’ve booked and class and what date it’s on. When trying to find any help in this, their support page just takes you to sales. If you google it, it only supports the gym, not the end user. So really not helpful, at all.

Unable to log in in app and ‘support’ is unhelpful
I downloaded this app for a new studio and have been unable to log into it, yet I can log in through their website. Their suggested fixes were unhelpful as I cannot access settings for the app, do not use another studio and have reinstalled this app twice. Just use the website if you have to the app isn’t worth it.

Love this App
It’s a lifesaver to manage my small dance and fitness studio. Cover all aspects needed. Booking classes, canceling, changes, online payments and much more. The reporting features are great as well.
Calendar
I am unable to view upcoming classes on the app…whatever day I open on the app, the classes just repeat everyday after that - the app does not correlate with the class timetable.
It worked until it didn’t
I’ve used this app without issue for a month. Then it updated and it’s completely defunct. I’ve uninstalled and downloaded again. Restarted my phone and nothing. It won’t even locate my gym.
Not working
this app worked good until today. Now it won’t let me in to book an appointment at my local gym. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now when I try to find my fitness center it won’t show up at all. So frustrated with this app!
Awful!!!
Over the past 3 years I’ve had CONSTANT issues. Poor support & few fixes to major issues.
Pointless.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app four times now. I’ve powered off my phone each time too, yet still I cannot book my classes. They don’t even show up! And now it shows the same two private lessons for every single day of the week up until next Sunday! Just awful!
Basically the worst
I downloaded this in order to sign up for classes at the Pro Club. The app doesn’t integrate at all with my Pro Club account. The functionality is clunky at best. All of the employees at the club say this is not a great app. Why are they still using it?

Hands down the best booking system for the studios we attend. Not sure why others are not using this for their studio too.

Best app for any studio
We have been using this app for about six years now at our studio. After six years we have no reason to try any other system every feature we need is available and the cost hasn’t changed in six years. All of our friends with multiple studios have switched over and they’re happy as well. If you’re looking for a studio app this is the app to use 100%. I don’t understand all these other reviews that makes no sense. Try for yourself and see the absolute difference.
