getting Better
They are updating it to make it better. The cost is amazing compared to larger booking apps. We have been using it for years.
Awful Update
New update is terrible!Who thought this was a better idea? So busy. Screen locks after I book a class. I keep having to sign in each time. Loved the old calendar. Never sure if I am booking the correct class. And the updates are constant.
Update is awful
The new update is so busy. I own a Yoga studio and my students are not liking the new updates. Not user friendly at all. Also, during the update the amount of business I lost was very frustrating. There was no communication of the update happening and then when there was issues during and after the update there has been no communication. I do not recommend this app.

Laggy, crashy, and poorly designed
As my title suggests, this app is broken. Upon scheduling an appointment it crashes. It offers no calendar view — just a strange list of classes with tedious filtering. Each update makes it worse somehow.

Disappointing
There was no consultation that a major update was to occur. Bring back the previous version of this app. The update has been a disaster and I have had great difficulty getting help to remedy the many issues I as the owner of the business and my clients are having with this update. This is affecting my business and incredibly stressful as a business owner who relies on an affective and correctly operating booking app.
