Lots of room for improvement
I gave it more than 1 Star because the classpass membership can be a great value depending on what classes you take.
BUT, the user interface is not good. You can’t filter and sort studios based on your location (the chances of me going to a studio 20 miles away is slim)...or I haven’t figured out how. I can’t even read what most of the reviews of the reviewed studios/class say through the app. They don’t include detailed info like classpass, such as where to park or how to prepare for class, which classpass does have. Also, cancelled classes do not automatically cancel and you have to cross check everything (I cross check on the studios actual website and with classpass since they are up to date and reliable).
I hope they fix this but seems like this has been an issue from previous reviews over a year old so... maybe not.

Terrible
App doesn’t match classes I signed up for via computer. No “live” customer service. Will not sign up again!!!
No updates on cancelled classes and customer service is nonexistent
I tried to reserve a spot in a class but only ended up with error messages. After sending multiple emails and getting no response I was somehow able to schedule a class for a couple days out but when I showed up for the class the studio told me they canceled the class a week ago and StudioHop often does not update/notify you or refund your class if it is canceled. StudioHop does not have as many studios as ClassPass and customer service help is basically nonexistent.
