Lots of room for improvement
I gave it more than 1 Star because the classpass membership can be a great value depending on what classes you take.
BUT, the user interface is not good. You can’t filter and sort studios based on your location (the chances of me going to a studio 20 miles away is slim)...or I haven’t figured out how. I can’t even read what most of the reviews of the reviewed studios/class say through the app. They don’t include detailed info like classpass, such as where to park or how to prepare for class, which classpass does have. Also, cancelled classes do not automatically cancel and you have to cross check everything (I cross check on the studios actual website and with classpass since they are up to date and reliable).
I hope they fix this but seems like this has been an issue from previous reviews over a year old so... maybe not.

Terrible
App doesn’t match classes I signed up for via computer. No “live” customer service. Will not sign up again!!!
No updates on cancelled classes and customer service is nonexistent
I tried to reserve a spot in a class but only ended up with error messages. After sending multiple emails and getting no response I was somehow able to schedule a class for a couple days out but when I showed up for the class the studio told me they canceled the class a week ago and StudioHop often does not update/notify you or refund your class if it is canceled. StudioHop does not have as many studios as ClassPass and customer service help is basically nonexistent.

Useless
Always gives an error. Never been able to use. Pointless to download.
App has glitches and is not user friendly
Please upgrade app abilities to be more user friendly!! Allow more seamless searching of studios. Also please start allowing users to book more than 1 class per day on unlimited!
App is glitchy and interface is terrible.
The app is always glitchy and the interface is awful. In comparison to Class Pass it doesn't stand a chance. You can't search for classes around your area and cancelling classes seems to always have issues (which is a problem in itself since you can only book one class a day and they fine you if you miss class). The app also only lets you book 4 classes at a time unlike Class Pass and the feature where you can see what classes your friends are taking doesn't exist. All around not a good app for a service provider and the customer service is non existent.

Barely functional
Most of the time I open it, all I get is the loading screen. Waited more than a year for this app to launch and still the mobile website is far more functional.

Would like to have the option to add to the calendar like on the site
It needs work
This app needs some work. Where do I find a list of the studios? There is a studio search option where I enter the studio name but I just want to see a list of all participating studios. Additionally, when I attempt to filter on the fitness/exercise type it appears that the app has a difficult time displaying just those classes. I'm going back to using the full webpage. It's too early to be use this app.

Good start but needs improvements
I was previously on ClassPass until I switched to the Unlimited plan that StudioHop offers. ClassPass' app is FLAWLESS. I think StudioHop's app would benefit greatly from modeling it after ClassPass'. Some potential improvements are as follows:
ClassPass allowed for easy access to each studio's schedules simply by clicking on a class offered. There were suggestions on other classes one might like based on past bookings, and perhaps one of the most fun aspects was the social element.
Adding friends on ClassPass allowed for you to see what classes they had booked that week, and you could choose to join them which was great incentive for working out.
Being able to review a studio/class was also a helpful touch when deciding what classes one should book. You could decide between classes where you knew you would really break a sweat, versus more meditative and toning classes.
My biggest issue with this app is the lack of accessibility to adding a class to my calendar. After reserving a class on ClassPass, you would simply tap to add, and BOOM. All the class information would be updated to your calendar, including the studio location which was very helpful in notifying me of what time I needed to leave to get somewhere and how bad the traffic would be.
Another thing that I don't like is that if you have already booked a class for a particular day, yet you're wanting to peruse around for other classes in case you change your mind, you can't even read a class description without StudioHop telling you that you've reached your class limit for the day. I KNOW I've reached my limit, I just want to look around in case I prefer to take something else!!
I hope that this helps with further development for the app. StudioHop, if you can work to emulate the user interface that ClassPass has so expertly executed while still, of course, preserving your brand essence, I can guarantee you'll get a hell of a lot more clients! Trust me!

Cannot recommend this company enough. Amazing studios, and attentive customer service! Best option out there for those who want to try a variety of studios without the limits of other companies.
Best app EVER
Finally my favorite fitness service has an app🙌🏻this makes it even easier to schedule classes and keep track of my workouts. Support team is AWESOME and have always been super responsive to me. Seriously everyone should be on studiohop!!!
