Dear MB6954, It's our pleasure! We love working with the stuttering community. Stutter Stars was built in collaboration with past members of the American Board of Stuttering, Cluttering, and Fluency. Our aim is to create a supportive and motivating environment for all communicators. Keep up the hard work and please reach out if you ever have any questions about any of the strategies or the science behind the exercises. Sincerely, Erich erich@sayitlabs.com
There is no 3-Day free trial before charge

Dear Jpkilla81, We have always had a free trial for as long as the Stutter Stars app has been on the App Store. We are a group of speech and language pathologists who have shed sweat blood and tears to create an evidence-based app for chlldren who stutter. We stand by our work and have never had the intention to take advantage of any group, let alone those seeking support with communication. The reason for the trial not working is news to us. We'll seek support from Apple immediately to understand how this may have happened. In the meantime, it may be more productive to reach out to us directly. We're happy to provide the best support possible. Sincerely, Erich erich@sayitlabs.com
Love it! only used demo so far

Hi adda11441, Thank you for sharing that! A turtle is indeed a wonderful metaphor for slow, steady speech. For Gemma, though, we decided on a frog — she ‘stretches’ sounds, which helps children practice lengthening words in a playful and engaging way. It’s wonderful to hear that the overall character design and accents reminded you of Finding Nemo — that sense of fun and encouragement is exactly what we wanted to capture.

Thanks Skksisksisieis. Stutter Stars was co-created with leading fluency experts to support children who stutter. The game brings together the most common fluency strategies in one fun, engaging place.
Sound in the game is preventing me from progressing.

Dear MichelleT31, My deepest apologies. I understand how frustrating this feels. Fortunately the three dots was a bug that has since been resolved. Please reach out to erich@sayitlabs.com and I will be more than happy to get you and your daughter back on track. Sincerely, The Stutter Stars team
