Don’t trust
I downloaded the app for a free quiz little did I know I was getting charged almost 40 dollars, and I can’t get it cancelled it’s a huge scam!!
$40 charge I did not consent to
I downloaded the app with several other similar apps to check out which one I liked the best. I never use this app, but forgot to delete it. Suddenly today I have a $40 charge. I did not agree to a free introductory period followed by a charge of any kind. The App Store does not show that I made a purchase; and my phone shows no active subscriptions. This is a scam. I will be disputing it with my bank.

Total scam
Do not use app. Subscription fee deducted, don’t remember subscribing. Didn’t have the app but was being charged. Tried to login to my “account” but my email not recognised so couldn’t log in to cancel.
Stole my money. Bad app, worse customer service
Scam! Much better apps who don’t steal from you when you cancel. Downloaded to trial, and it was not well done. Any positive reviews must be AI. I could (and did) use ChatGPT and got better results for free. I cancelled. Got an email saying sorry to see you go. A week later I had a pending debit card charge. There is tiny fine print in the confirm email that says “cancel subscription.” Pro tip - you have to cancel again from the link there or they will still bill you. I contacted them and after three tries showing my confirmation email I was told I would not be charged. The pending charge didn’t go through. Then the charge showed up on my account anyway after I was told I wouldn’t be charged and the pending charge didn’t go through. Very sneaky and dishonest. You know your app is bad if you are stealing from the people trying it by building in a second cancellation in the confirmation email. I will be disputing the charge. 10/10 do NOT recommend

Impractical with shady practices
This creators of this app have intentionally made it difficult to navigate and cancel within the app. Please be aware. I decided to cancel because this app boils down to a shopping app. Cancellation within the app was difficult to find and ended with an email request as to why I’d like to cancel my subscription. I responded and assumed that was just a survey request after “canceling” in app. Until a month later when my account was charged another $40. I then went searching back through my email just to find a SECOND email letting me know they acknowledged my previous response and to ACTUALLY cancel my subscription I now had a link to follow. This is not how apps work today, we all know this. This is a scam app. If you’re looking to color match just join a Reddit group. You will get scammed here. EDIT: this was a 1 star review.
