Edited- the confusing response is exactly what you’ll get when you try to get your money back. This is the exact app logo I have downloaded and it’s the app/name that charged me $40 for a monthly subscription. Y’all need to stop lying!

Buyer Beware: Stylix AI is NOT worth your time or money
First, the app itself is awful. It’s glitchy. It’s confusing. And in my experience did not meet basic accessibility expectations, including ADA-related usability standards that reputable apps follow. Even worse, cancellation is not easily accessible, despite recent regulations requiring companies to make cancellation as simple as signing up.
None of the “contact us” links in the app worked for me. Not one. When I finally found a webpage version of their contact form, that didn’t work either. The only time I was able to reach anyone was after they charged me $49.99 - for a service I NEVER used.
When I finally got through to support, their response was basically “too bad, so sad.” No help. No accountability. No willingness to resolve the issue. Just a shrug.
In my opinion, this company behaves like a classic subscription trap. Hard to reach, hard to cancel, and quick to charge. I strongly recommend avoiding Stylix AI until they fix their app, their accessibility issues, and their customer service.

Terrible
Two days later, I have a $40 charge on my account (which is ridiculously overpriced in my opinion), and can’t get a refund because “I didn’t initiate a cancellation within my trial period.”
If I get a refund, I’ll delete this review, but if not, it stays. Hopefully this will help someone else to avoid getting scammed.
