Great app!
It’s almost what I been looking for
It would even be more amazing if you can work in a link that will explain why is it so important to condition your hair every time you shampoo. I have many great ideas for an app that caters to the professionals and clients. This app is almost great.
When coming into the barber industry I’ve notice and learned 85% of barbers don’t feel comfortable chopping it up about hair and giving tips/advice to clients. Clients don’t know the terms and language barbers use. It’s a bit overwhelming for clients. Being open and having useful information makes a lot of difference compared to small talk like sports and car topics. Men are embarrassed to ask for help and ask for advice on hair styles mostly because barbers make it weird to the point of almost being taboo. So this app or times next new app can be the middle guy in slowly warming up to all clients and fulfilling there needs. Same time you will be actually earning $$$

It is always good to hear people’s ideas and what they would like to see in the app. I can perhaps add your question suggestions to the next release. I agree it would be great to have the option to create and choose your own questions. It is something I have thought about I must admit. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will look into this with most urgency and get a new app release to fix this. Can you please let us know what version of iOS you are running on your phone? If you contect use via the support website then we can communicate the best resolve for you. -------------- I have now been in discussion with this with Apple and they have confirmed that there should not be any issue for you to make a purchase. The only requirement is an internet connection and an Apple ID to sign in to make a purchase. Can you please try again and let us know how you get on.

Also, is the 4.99£ every month? Or a one time fee?

Thank you for your feedback. You can go back and edit all client visits by simply going back to that visit and selecting the details you want to edit and change them. The Colour card/formula can be edited. Swipe to delete an item in the list. The formula is specific to each visit. The questions are relevant to the client and can also be changed at any time. Date, telephone no., Stylist, comments etc can all be change by simple pressing on then to re-edit. £4.99 is a small one off charge which lets you create unlimited number of visits which are stored on your device. This will allow you to store as many clients and visits as your devise will allow. Images can take up memory so limiting the size of the images will reduce space and allow more to be saved. You can set the image size on the settings page. If you want to reduce existing images then open the camera area again and press save which will resave the images at the new setting. Once you have reduced the size of the image then if you enlarge again the image will not go back to the original large image and would need to be retaken and replaced if you want the larger, clearer image. A next future generation of the app will allow you to store images online saving space.

The number is clients and visits for the free is 6. So you can have up to 6 clients and 6 visits each in the free version. The cost for unlimited is £4.99 but Apple will translate that to your local currency when you press the purchase button. The cost for in app purchase should also be on the App Store page. I get the confusion and will make clearer in next release. Thank you.
