User reviews

4.0.1 is dreadful.

Food logging is not intuitive, and doesn’t seem to work. I have tried to log a breakfast item four times this morning, it isn’t in what I think is the log today. The previous version was frustrating in that I couldn’t add foods not in the database, now I can’t even add foods that are in the database. Actually, nothing is intuitive. I kind of hate this app. I didn’t like it much before the update, and now it’s worse. I like that water bottle, and the information the scale provides. I prefer my other fitness tracking devices, as they track sleep, heart rate, etc. This app is crap. I would prefer something more like SparkPeople that interfaces with the devices.

Updating this to note that I have not been able to log in for weeks. I’ve tried the reset password link “Oops…something went wrong”. Tried creating a new account using three different email addresses, “Oops…something went wrong.” I’ll tell you what went wrong: I bought STYR products.

Not working

I have a paid account and cannot log on. It keeps saying something is wrong. Can you
help fix this?

Can’t get past register screen No web support from what I can see

Can’t get past register screen at all seems and appears that there no support for the app or website

Cannot log in

What is going on? Did you guys stop updating your app, go out of business, or what? I was booted out, unable to reset my password, or even create a NEW account!!! This is now a dumpster fire.

Cannot Log In

The app booted me out and now will not allow me to log back in. So now I just have an expensive scale that I wish I hadn’t purchased bc I could have bought a regular scale for a fraction of what I paid for the STYR scale. Frustrated.
