Better, but still needs improvement.
The app is better than before, and decent for first time shopping. However, if you’re a subscriber it’s still worse than web browsing. I can seem to login with my password, only with an email address and a login code they email you. Way too much friction.it also doesn’t keep you logged in long enough. You have to log in too often.

App doesn’t work
Someone needs to test this app. It doesn’t work. Thee is no option for manage subscription.
Product is great but app is a disaster
Diapers are the best eco friendly option on the market. Composting program is awesome and there’s nothing like it available. However, managing the subscriptions in their app and or website is a total cluster. Super confusing, unclear, clunky, and the worst UI imaginable. It’s almost like they don’t want you to be able to make orders. Pls hire a new UI/UX team.
