Used merchandise sold
I bought a Cocomelon train and the box was obviously opened and taped back but half the box was missing. Then I had to fight with them to get it returned and now they only gave me a partial refund.

Thanks to everyone who worked at Bye-bye baby! It must be very hard to see everything gone. After Toys-R-Us, Bye-bye baby was the only store for kids and now they are gone. It’s sad to see these stores closing one after another and Amazon is getting bigger and stronger every day.

You said there would be access to our daughter’s baby registry that a third party was taking over! You should not have allowed creation of new baby registries when you knew you were closing! It’s been a nightmare for us! If I could give you a negative less than 0 rating I would !
