I bought a Cocomelon train and the box was obviously opened and taped back but half the box was missing. Then I had to fight with them to get it returned and now they only gave me a partial refund.

Thanks to everyone who worked at Bye-bye baby! It must be very hard to see everything gone. After Toys-R-Us, Bye-bye baby was the only store for kids and now they are gone. It’s sad to see these stores closing one after another and Amazon is getting bigger and stronger every day.

You said there would be access to our daughter’s baby registry that a third party was taking over! You should not have allowed creation of new baby registries when you knew you were closing! It’s been a nightmare for us! If I could give you a negative less than 0 rating I would !

App is terrible
The app is soooo glitchy you can’t even scroll through a page properly. Than u go to search “socks” or “pants” and it says 0 items found but it’ll pop up in the categories. Actually annoying

The representative had NO explanation as to why the order was cancelled. It was a baby shower gift and they NEVER received in time for the baby shower!

Freezes!
Super slow
Welcome rewards free shipping for 7 days
Have tried for 2 days to make my first purchase and talked with customer service as well. I still have shipping fee when I try to check out. Not the best first experience with BuyBuy Baby.

I’d love to give a fair rating but it doesn’t send me the verification email at all (I’ve checked spam/ uninstalled and reinstalled- it never comes)…. And I’m registered here. Navigating the website/ registry on my phone is such a pain so this is frustrating.
Bad
The app freezes all the time and I can’t access my past orders because it’s endlessly loading. It’s easier to quickly order essentials elsewhere when faced with using this app.

i ordered a crib and baby tub the SAME DAY they took out the money $250.61 dollars they Conveniently canceled my order ?! I called customer service and she literally said “I’m not sure why they canceled it it’s under investigation” I have to wait 24-72 hours to hear back and if I want a refund it could take up to a week. To top this off on this order I received ZERO “points”. I learned my lesson with this website/app never again!

I loved this app but was forced to update. Now I can’t shop at all! It just freezes and glitches.

Seriously the most amazing store for expecting moms… or just parents who are wanting to try out/see different products without having to buy. But the app lags alot. I love being able to get points and money back. Thank you BBB!!!
Buy buy baby the best baby store around town
Honestly but buy baby is the only option for me to buy baby goods from. That’s why me and my family have come to love it. We bought our baby seat from here. We bought our first three baby strollers from here. We bought diapers all the time from here with our first baby just because it was fun to stop into a baby store as first time parents. Every time we stopped inside we also ended up buying cute baby outfits and cute blankets and whatever other cute thing we saw for our baby including toys and bottles. It’s like a small shopping destination especially built for mothers and highly engaged fathers like myself I must say.
