Absolutely appalling
For a multi million pound company this app is a joke. It doesnât work 90% of the time you want to use it total waste of time and effort. Wouldnât recommend downloading it wouldnât even recommend eating from subway anymore
Buggy
I spent half an hour navigating to the wrong place because the directions to the restaurant provided by the app were wrong. Iâve also had issues placing orders for multiple subs resulting in lost cart items.
Such a poor app
Never works, I can never login, resets donât work, itâs almost like they donât want you to use the rewards youâve earned. Give it a miss and just choose another takeout shop.
Good when it works
The app is good when it works, but the amount of times Iâve tried to use it in Subway stores in London only to be told that their system isnât working or they donât âdoâ the app is crazy. Which puts me off going to Subway in general to be honest.

Face ID sign in doesnât work and keeps logging me out itâs a joke
I donât know why I have to use Face ID to sign in every time, itâs so stupid and it keeps not working and not letting me log back in, so I try change password and it doesnât send me email the code absolute joke

Use subway all the time recently started ordering on the app for convenience but recently a store was out of bread and its no way to cancel, ask for a refund, dispute the order nothing will never use the app again please update your app

Completely useless
Absolutely useless app. Canât sign in. Canât create a new account. Even when it was workout was rubbish. Kind of glad I canât use it anymoreâŚbut better food elsewhere

Trying to reset password and I get an email with a verification code. Only trouble is, THERE IS NO WHERE TO ENTER THE CODE!!!
Rewards are unavailable for some reason
Canât use rewards to redeem points or claim offers. FAQ canât seem to get this sorted for me
