Absolutely appalling
For a multi million pound company this app is a joke. It doesn’t work 90% of the time you want to use it total waste of time and effort. Wouldn’t recommend downloading it wouldn’t even recommend eating from subway anymore
Buggy
I spent half an hour navigating to the wrong place because the directions to the restaurant provided by the app were wrong. I’ve also had issues placing orders for multiple subs resulting in lost cart items.
Such a poor app
Never works, I can never login, resets don’t work, it’s almost like they don’t want you to use the rewards you’ve earned. Give it a miss and just choose another takeout shop.
Good when it works
The app is good when it works, but the amount of times I’ve tried to use it in Subway stores in London only to be told that their system isn’t working or they don’t “do” the app is crazy. Which puts me off going to Subway in general to be honest.
