Charging USD in Canada but with CDN prices. Useless.

Refund support sucks ahh

Ordered delivery through the subway app but the 3rd party driver never delivered my order, I’m appalled at the lack of in-app support for these type of situations, I can’t even request a refund properly without using their AI chat bot. At the end of that chat it said it would send me an email but I never received one.
