App not working
I’ve been using the app for years, after this recent update it won’t allow me to scan the QR code and it seems to have erased my points and my Captain status. Not ideal for a frequent subway goer.

Doesn’t work in Canada
This app doesn’t give you points if you are in Canada. No way to switch country or location.
Coupons
The coupons don’t work on the app unless you pay through the app. You can’t use a coupon and pay in store, worst design ever.
Needs more fixing
The app sucks. Everytime I want to log into it takes me to the sign up page where I put my into in but then again doesn't let me b/c it says so & so is already being used. You need to have two different options. One specifically for logging back into your account and another one specially for signing up. Not both & it giving issues still.

Constantly saying code timed out! I’d give a negative rating if I could! Like the restaurant matches terrible food and terrible app!!!

Charging USD in Canada
Using this app, I was prompted to pay in USD when using Apple Pay, despite being in Canada. I did not place the order. Sacre bleu!

Buggy
The last few months I haven’t been able to submit a mobile order, apply coupons, or even change stores. Stupid because I used to use it all the time with no issues
Takes my money all the time
Honestly subway is good and everything but this app has tooken my money multiple times.
TERRIBLE APP
Extremely frustrated with both the Subway app and website. I’ve been unable to complete a purchase on the app; even after deleting and reinstalling it, the 'pay' button remains completely unresponsive. I moved to the website, but encountered a different issue: there is no 'add to bag' button when customizing a sandwich. I even had coworkers verify this, and they confirmed the option is missing. When I tried to order a standard sandwich without customizations, the site just threw an error message. I’m done trying to order from Subway—I’ll be taking my business to Jersey Mike’s from now on.

Awesome App
The app is so user friendly and the Sub Club definitely makes it worth it especially since they allow you to use redeem points and get the reward! McDonald’s can learn from this they offer you deals but you can’t use a deal with a Reward and I always end up using the Deal lol!
Hardly ever works
It hardly ever lets me place an order. I’ve tried for a week straight for multiple different locations and it just tells me ‘could not complete order’. I swear it only ever works once in a blue moon. (I’ve had the app for years)
Don’t use this app
I went to pick my address to deliver too and I thought it was mine but it was slightly different (it had east on it but didn’t have any other options) it also didn’t show a pin for what addresses I put. Now ive spent $30 on a sub I’m not even gonna get.
