Absolutely scam on the promotion. They show the restaurants which are participating in the promo but they don’t
Unable to process order for no reason
I had such a difficult time placing togo order today. Every time it was showing unable to process order with apple pay and credit card both. Once while adding a new card even after adding every detail correct save was disabled with no visible errors.
Constant failed communication with franchise locations
I can hardly ever get an order to go through
Lousy App
You have to use the app and order online to get any of the deals. 80% of the time the app won’t let you check out using the deal. Should be able scan a code proving you have the app and order at the counter. Many times I ask the Subway person to help and even they can’t get it to work. Super annoying! Last time I just gave up and paid the regular price.

It asks for my location but when i pick a subway from canada (where i live) it claims im from the usa. I cant change it either
App Coupons don’t work at all
Tried all participating stores, it didn’t work. After the newest update, it still doesn’t work at all. This sucks, please fix it!
Updated does not allow for tipping drivers
The update is getting one star because you removed the tip your driver option and I’m worried they will do something to my food.
Your app sucks
The app hasn’t worked in like 10 days. I keep getting messages about how new and improved it is but nope it used to be better because it used to work now you hit the button and it just crashes every time do better. Do your job fix your app!

When I try to order, it says something went wrong. I don’t know if it’s because of the deal I’m using it says to update my payment method, but my payment method is right. I use Apple Pay on everything that doesn’t work. My card doesn’t work. This app doesn’t work

Won’t Accept ApplePay
Good app. Easy to use. But when I try to use ApplePay it tells me the order could not be processed.
Cannot Place Order
After the recent app update, nothing happens whenever I press the button to pay/checkout so I can’t place an order.

Every month I have to make a new account. No option to ever login in again with an older account.

Even though they clearly do not check these reviews here I am again. How is it almost 2027 and yall still cant figure out how to create and run a simple app. The new update has logged us all out of our accounts where we have several points we cannot use. When we try to log in, we get redirected to create an account. Cant place an order because the cart will zero out EVERY time. Cant use coupons or deals yall constantly advertise. Like seriously this is ridiculous. I enjoy subways food but at this day and age, there are hundreds of different options with companies that actually pay attention to reviews and fix things like being able to simply order on the app or online. Get it together or continue losing customers

Can’t sign in
The app endlessly checks Face ID and gives me the green check but I can’t get in the app. Cycles again and again. This is after the latest update. Please fix this.
Can’t get extra veggies
I have to use the website still since I want extra lettuce and extra black olives… the app just doesn’t give you an option.
