Good luck trying to get any of the deals to work. None of my friends can get them to work either. We’ve checked multiple locations, read the terms a million times and no matter what we can’t get ANY of the deals to work. **** app

This has to be single worst restaurant app. Our local subways are great. But the app designed by corporate is a piece of garbage. For no reason at all half the time it won’t accept an order. I have started eating at other sub shops just because the app is that terrible. - Michael Davis, Meridian MS.

Rewards don’t work
I’ve tried multiple times to use the rewards it offers on the app only and extensively read and reread and rereread the terms to make sure I can use to reward to no avail. Nothing works, changing the sub to try and meet requirements or changing to a damn salad. Nothing would work for MULTIPLE rewards, you can apply them… but once you try to checkout it says…. Oh no! You can’t use that reward ;(, no explaining and no way around it not being actually applied at checkout.

Update broke the app
App crashes. I’m barely an update behind on my iPhone and the app already was jank before. Refusing to include old updates in this app is ridiculous. This is the ONLY app that does this
Subway App Sucks
App does not allow for certain promotions; online ordering is hit and miss; I can’t tip the kids on the app anymore; my subway store made me sign up for Apple Pay - ridiculous!
Not sure this is a corporate thing or a store thing - still makes a guy not want to use Apple Pay anymore; and placing subway in my rear view mirror.

Literally no matter what I do this app WILL NOT allow me to sign in doesn’t matter what version no vpn clear cache delete app nothing works so that’s cool I just never get to use any deal or reward at subway thanks alot.

In the app one section is “5 footlongs under $10 each”. That is false and untrue.
There is only one footlong sub in the list which is the veggie. All the others footlongs cost over $10

The app does not give you the BOGO deal as it states!

Try ordering and it can’t apply deals. And then I can’t place my order because of “errors”. The app is horrible and only works 1/10 times.

Trash App and Lags
Ever since they updated the ui and look none of the deals work even within the terms and conditions they have year old expired deals on there also so I dont know what their IT is doing over there but nothing works.
