Update- BETRAYAL
This used to be THEE best and only sudoku game I would play I was at over 450 levels completed. I used to play daily. I haven’t played in a couple months, came back and the levels are not horrible. There are ads everywhere. It used to be you had a time constraint to beat a level. Now I tried to play and the clock started counting upwards and then it gave me ads certain number of time in. The game is ruined.

Latest update has ruined this game
UPDATE - Stupidly I stuck with this game but now I’ve had enough. The last update (a week ago) means that I can no longer access the game without deleting the app and the reinstalling it. If I click to open it just says “loading” but never does. Obviously my brain doesn’t need to play this “Brain Game” as it’s already far superior to whoever is managing the app.
I’ve had this app for years and enjoyed it but the latest update is terrible. The on screen puzzles look garish, they have diminished in physical size so that I am struggling to see the numbers. Where one of the characters to choose is “a” the number that comes up in the square when you click on it is actually “10” which is very disconcerting. And to actually click on a square requires me now to bash my iPad screen with more force than if I was trying to hammer in nails. Gone right off this game now. Thinking of deleting it.

App won’t open after update
Since the update this week, the app will not open. I’ve been playing for years and this is the first issue. Plenty of space, ios is 18. Very frustrated now. And so called “new rewards” are terrible. Old rewards were not moved over to equal rewards. So tired.

Game no longer loads
For the past week or so the game will not open on my iPad Air. My device is 6 months old.
Use to love this game
I use to just play this game to relax my mind but now, there’s so much going on. Too many ads for one!!! Deleting to find something else.

Últimamente se tarda demasiado en abrir..pensé que era mi teléfono, pero lo tengo descargado en 3 dispositivos y en los 3 es igual.. revisen eso por favor...si no es mucha molestia..

Problem sudoku with multiple solutions
Hi I spot some sudoku puzzles daily and regular sudoku, some have multiple solutions, sudoku must have a unique solution and solving with a logic and I desinstall it because of it and I don’t want to use power-up

Been playing this game for a while and hate the latest update. Puzzle no longer fits on screen and now has annoying ads, which I refuse to pay $6 to not have ads.
Exploitative ads
Was having a great time after coming back to this app after several years away. Right up until I started getting banner ads that are incredibly sensitive or self executing that bring me to a Safari page telling me my phone has been hacked. Obviously, I know better, and I’m not going to click on anything, but these types of ads are extremely harmful to seniors and children who don’t know these messages are lies.
Edit: confirmed the ads from the “hack” popups SELF EXECUTE. Spent 2 minutes not touching the screen when it opened the safari window.

Great Game Except Ads
This is really fun, especially the daily puzzles. The color graphing and challenges and rewards are fun. I’ve definitely gotten better at sudoku since starting this app. Except I keep accidentally hitting the ads at the bottom of the screen because they are too close to the board and take up the entire bottom space. And these ads open my safari and tell me my phone has been hacked. It’s happened too often now that I have to delete this game to make its stop opening ads. I’m fine with ads but when they are so in the way of playing I cannot deal.

Still drains battery, 10 years later
DRAINS battery!! Before you tell me to look at my settings and learn more about my iOS device- I spent years TEACHING people how to use them. This game DRAINS the battery like crazy. They haven’t fixed it in over ten years because they don’t care. Do NOT use this app.

Loved till the heart no time limit update now I probably won’t play anymore
I loved this game. I played it everyday. It was seriously one of the only things I looked forward to. Till this change!!!! Please go back to timed or make it a choice of hearts or time. I do not like the hearts instead of time at all. No no no. Why did you change it 😢

Horrible update design!
The recent updates have ruined this app! As an avid sudoku player, I could relax and solve the puzzles. But now, the number entry is so different and frustrating.

Fantastic support
There’s no option to transfer data for iOS users so I thought I’d post my progress when I got a new phone. The support team however was quick to respond when I asked them if it was possible! I’d have quit for good if I had to repeat the 100+ levels I’d have lost. Thank you so much!!
