Great app

Very helpful app. Would love if the interactive trail map highlighted the open and groomed runs the same way the Killington and Sugarbush apps do which are much easier to follow. But great info overall.

Nothing will load or open

When I load into the app everything works as usual but on the on the resort tab the webcams don’t work,I cant open anything and the app keeps crashing. If anyone knows how to fix this or anything that would be great to know!

App won’t work

When I load into the app and it brings you to the resort section it shows me a black screen. It would be nice to see the mountain report and the webcams but it just doesn’t work. I don’t know if this is happening to anyone else but if anyone knows how to fix this that would be awesome.

Great Early Trail Conditions & Covid Policies/Awareness

Grooming on trails has very very good as the crew works to open more of the mountain. I’m sensitive to Covid exposure and appreciate App & Website offering an easy to find hotlink on the Home Screen with guidelines. Thank you. 🤗👍🏻 (Note: one has to search to find information on sites for other ski areas 😡). Kudos. Keep up the great work, staff at Sugarloaf.

Missing one thing!

The sugarloaf app is a great app for showing trail conditions as well the map feature, to everything else it has to offer!

I would recommend adding the daily report into the app, possibly under the conditions and cams tab. As a loafer it’s the only missing piece to the puzzle for this app!

Do not trust groomer report!!!!

Groomer report has been the same for the past few days and brought the group down an easy trail early morning that was blatantly NOT groomed despite both the website and app saying it was. Made for tears and the end of our day. DO NOT TRUST THE GROOMER REPORT!!
