Never got otp
I booked an event online which is sulekha event. They asked me to download this app then login with registered phone number. When I entered my registered phone number to login it said sending otp but I never received otp with timeout of 30s. Tried 4 times but never worked. Now I don’t know how to get my tickets.

Does not work
This app does not work at all. Tried calling support that does not pickup the phone or replies to emails. Meanwhile I am stuck with a ticket that I bought but cannot use. Total rip off!

Never book from this app
Never ever make a mistake of booking a ticket from here. Horrible customer service, no one will respond to your calls or emails. No refund received. No communication amongst the employees and organizers. You guys could directly call the organizer and get the tickets for cheaper
