Wont let me add my payment method
Every time I try to add my payment method, the app doesn’t do anything when I click save even with everything filled out.
Hidden Fees and Terrible Rewards System
I find the app usable enough, though it sometimes glitches a bit and doesn’t display my order items when I want to make edits at checkout. What is truly aggravating, however, is the blatant nickel-and-diming for using the app.
For every $10 spent using the app for online orders, it adds a $0.50 online ordering charge to the total. What? Why am I being punished for using the official app when making my order? This is completely backwards from every other app I’ve used for making food purchases, which tend to serve as rewards systems for customer loyalty.
Oh, there is a loyalty rewards program, but it’s rendered effectively useless by this online ordering charge. For example, to get a free steamer, you need to spend $150 (150 rewards points). However, to get to the 150 points using the app, you are charged $7.50 in online ordering fees. So, at best, you effectively get $3 or $4 off your order for spending a whopping $150 here. Whoop-dee-doo. Same thing with the $15 off reward for 200 points. Not only do you have to spend $200, but you’re charged $10 in online ordering charges if all of that was spent through the app. So, you get $5 off your next order for spending $200 at this place. What a useless rewards system.
Do yourself a favor and just ignore this app. Or, at least, don’t use it for placing orders if you’re at all interested in getting value out of their rewards system. I’ll give the app two stars for at least being generally usable, but the hidden fees and lackluster rewards system ruins almost any interest I had in using it. Also ruins any interest I had in being a regular customer here.

Why doesn’t my app review get published
First the Sully’s food is great no complaints. The app is frustrating. The app needs to accept Apple Pay or fix issues with the payment section. Cards I add to the app get deleted, every time I order I have to type in the security code making it a pain to order. Mobile bytes was better I never had any issues with it, sometimes the app messes up and I just go somewhere else.

Great app to go along with a great sandwich. I’m glad you have an app now.
