Não tem médicos

Não tem rede referenciada, removeram todos os médicos. O aplicativo é muito mal feito, precisa logar de 5 em 5 minutos, a pesquisa não funciona, o contato não leva a lugar algum. Tudo da Sulmed é mal feito e nem por WhatsApp se consegue resposta - eles respondem uns 5 dias depois e se vc não estiver online no exato momento, encerram seu atendimento. Na hora de vender o plano a rede referenciada era boa pois tinha a CoopMed. Agora não tem mais ninguém, e os poucos que tem, não tem agenda disponível pra marcar consulta por anos e anos no aplicativo. É surreal o que fizeram com esse plano e como os governantes permitem que isso aconteça.

Comunicação falha

Comunicação da Sulmed é extremamente falha. Quando enviado mensagem, como exemplo agendar uma consulta por WhatsApp demora até 3 dias p retornarem. Ligação por vezes ninguém atende.
