What's New in Summit Line

1.4

July 21, 2026

Record runs right in the app. GPS tracking with live distance, pace, and vert, no watch needed, and your run lands in your log with honest terrain-based elevation. Your plan now tells you the truth about your week. Ahead, on track, or behind based on what the plan actually scheduled through today, a recap when the week wraps, and workouts that go beyond the plan get called out for what they are. Also in this update: collapsible plan weeks for faster scrolling, plan tuning moved onto the plan page, strength days you can add to any plan day, and layout fixes across iPhone sizes.

Useful App

A much more in-depth training app than others I’ve used for trail/ultra prep. The daily readiness score has been genuinely useful, it caught overreaching before I did, twice. Watch sync (Garmin) has been reliable, and the plan adjusts intelligently when I miss a session instead of just leaving a gap.

Easy to use and more informative than anything else I’ve tried for trail-specific training.
