Absolutely infuriating
I am trying to access proficio via the workday login (since every other time I’ve tried it continues to send me through this app) and the proficio link doesn’t work. I’m losing my patience with this and am getting to the point where I’ll buy a super expensive laptop to be able to do this garbage. I don’t have a computer at home so I rely on my brand new phone to get me through this and this app is fighting me harder than the Germans in Stalingrad. Not fun, should be ZERO STARS.

Horrible
This app is about as enjoyable as getting sentenced 25 to life without parole. All I wanted to do was complete mandatory Title IX training for university, and the app stops loading every other time I press a button or try to go to the next tab. Genuinely such a tantalizing app.
Literally nothing works
This is a garbage app. Got it for job trainings and I can't access anything. In-app links force you to a screen where you are told you are "navigating to the app" and then it freezes the screen. Cool I'll navigate from the app back to the app. It's useless. And now I'm mad.
Used to be okay, now useless
I go on the company website, it says that I have to download the app to do my CBTs. As soon as I download the app, every single CBT says that I have to go on the desktop to load the trainings. I thought the whole point of having the app in the first place is so that we can do our trainings on the go. What’s the point of downloading the app if we can’t use it then?

Useless
Wound up in an endless loop where I could not proceed without creating a pin but couldn’t create a pin because it said I had to enable lock screen. My lock screen is very much enabled so don’t think there is anything else I can do now.

Bad app is bad
Website said use mobile app to access modules. On the app it says no access on mobile, use web browser. Whoever made this app had a parent that made the mistake of telling them they could be anything, so they became a disappointment.

So annoying. I’ve been trying to do a training and keep getting halfway through a 10 minute video before my laptop “runs out of memory”. I’ve tried this with 3 different PCs now, and I’ve never had this problem before. And of course my place in the video isn’t saved. Don’t even bother trying to do the web version: mine kept saying “you can’t access this on the mobile app” then when I switch to the website browser it says “you can’t access this on the browser”.

Hoping another 1 star will get this thing closer to being shut down for businesses to force upon employers. If you think this app really helps spread awareness of violence you’re part of the problem.
