Worst delivery service ever experienced in life
Dear customers please never order in this platform believe me untill today 15th of November 2025 I still didn’t receive the order customer service I don’t know if they are alive pathetic service

I have placed order on Saturday 8th November today is Thursday 13th November until today i haven’t received my delivery if I go store and purchased it i would be more happy I recommend please do not use this app worst online shopping from GMG group shame on your service I will post your service experience in All platforms so the own will know how this sun and sands is working such a worst experience I even had in my entire life

طلب منهم طلب له اسبوعين لاهم الي وصلوهم و لا هم الي رجعوا لي فلوس ، خدمة عملاء مو محترمة و قسم الشكاوي عندهم نايم بالعسل واخر همهم الزبون لي ٦ ايام اتواصل معاهم و كل يوم نفس الكلام " بيتواصلون معاك قسم الشكاوي خلال 48-24 ساعة " ولا في اي شخص يتواصل و لما تقول لهم كنسل الطلب يقول لا ما نقدر نكنسله لازم يوصل الطلب و ترفض استلامه ، طيب متى يوصل الطلب ؟

تأخير في الطلبات دائماً، ولا انصح اي احد يطلب من هذا التطبيق، اسوء خدمة توصيل على الاطلاق
Poor Customer service & support
I had a very disappointing experience with Sun & Sand Sports customer service. After cancelling my order, I received no updates or confirmation regarding my refund. I contacted the support team via email but never got a response. I also tried the live chat, but after waiting for more than 30 minutes, no agent ever attended to me.
The lack of communication and support is very frustrating. A big brand should provide much better customer service, especially when handling payments and refunds. I hope the team seriously improves their customer care because this experience was unacceptable.

i ordered an item and already paid and after a few days it showed it was delivered in the system and the item did not receive. trying to send messages, chat support, calls, completely nothing. cant even give you specific answer or any solution. completely useless..no redeliver no refund. in chat support its like im talking to a robot. i will never order to this again and tell my family and friends its totally useless and scam. this people are cheaters

I bought from this store and the sun and sand shops more than once, but the return or replacement experience is one of the worst ever, three years and the same bad same Lack of transparency is repeated and even more, the return process to E-wallet takes from one to two days according to what is written on their website and the return to the bank account from five to seven working days and actually the two processes take about a month and I don't know why, contact them and they repeat the same words and promises, they do not deserve to deal with them again, whether in the store or the application

Disappointed and Misled
I was prompted to download the app from the Sun & Sand sports website with the promise of a 20% discount on first sale using the app using code APP20. However, when I tried applying the code to an item that was already on sale, it was rejected as invalid. On top of that, the site is running a site-wide 25% off sale with code SSS25 heavily advertised on the site for the past month —so why would anyone choose a lesser 20% discount through the app? It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic just to get users to download the app. I’ve uninstalled it and won’t be using it again. Disappointing experience.
