The new and "improved" app doesn't recognize my login information but won't let me change it either. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.

You idiots still didn’t combine the login info from the website to the mobile app?? People have been complaining about this for over a year now!? There has to be some criminal activity going on to fluff the member numbers, if you have to create 2 accounts for 1 user.

Website and app are not the same

Apparently your web browser login isn’t the same as to logon to use the app. You have to create a WHOLE NEW BRAND LOGON FOR MOBILE!! That’s absolutely insane.. just bad development and hosting..great so I have to manage two logons and my chances of someone getting my login information just increased ..
