Screen freezes while playing live content on TV
I’ve been using the Sun NXT app regularly to watch movies and live TV, but recently the experience has become very frustrating. The video freezes every 10–15 minutes, and then suddenly resumes by skipping ahead. This completely ruins the viewing experience, especially during live content.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible. The app used to work fine, but this constant buffering/freezing makes it very difficult to continue using it.

Worst streaming experience ever
On top of that, the forward and backward options don’t work properly. If we try to click continuously to fast-forward 4–5 minutes, the app simply freezes or jumps back to the same spot. It’s extremely frustrating to use.
Overall, this app feels outdated, slow, and not worth the subscription at all. They seriously need to fix the quality and basic playback controls.

The stupidest app i have ever used.
And at the end when I got frustrated with all and wanted to delete my account, the app didn’t even let me do it. Why should I enter OTP at the end when I wanted to delete my account? What kind of dumb dark pattern is this?
Please change the subscription model so that you get more customers. And please hire a UI UX design team to cater the app to customers' needs.
And please help me with deleting my account.
