Not Sure it’s Working
Response from developer
Thank you for trying SunQuest and for sharing your feedback! The shadows should automatically update as you change the time. However, please note that shadows are not displayed on all map types, such as Satellite view. Could you please check that you're using either the "Building Shadows" or "Terrain Shadows" map? If the issue persists, we'd be happy to help you figure out what's happening. Please contact us through the app's support section so we can investigate the issue together. We hope you'll be able to enjoy all of SunQuest's features soon! ☀️
1h to upgrade
In what world is that a good sign? Uninstalled.
Building heights are wrong anyway.
Response from developer
Thanks for giving SunQuest a try. I’m sorry if the discount offer wasn’t clear. The idea is to give you an hour to explore the app before choosing a discounted upgrade. That offer doesn’t include the free trial, but the standard offer with the trial is still available. Building heights are based on available mapping data, which may differ slightly from actual heights. An upcoming version will let you adjust building heights manually to better match your surroundings. Thanks again for sharing your feedback. It helps me improve SunQuest.
Just wants your money
Response from developer
Thank you for trying SunQuest. We’re sorry that the experience didn’t meet your expectations. SunQuest remains fully usable for free: you can view the Sun’s position at your current location over a one-month period (15 days before and after today). A free trial is also available to explore all the advanced features. We hope this clarification helps and that you’ll consider giving SunQuest another try ☀️ If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out — we’ll be happy to help!
Limitado

Très bonne application 🙂

Forced to pay
Response from developer
Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry that your experience with SunQuest gave you that impression. SunQuest offers free features that can be used without starting a trial or subscribing, simply by dismissing the subscription offers screen. For users who choose to try Pro, we use Apple’s standard free trial system through the App Store. Apple asks you to confirm the subscription when starting the trial, but you are not charged during the free trial period. Billing only begins when the trial ends unless it is canceled beforehand. The trial can be canceled at any time from your Apple Account settings, and SunQuest also sends a reminder notification before the trial ends to help avoid unexpected charges. We hope these clarifications help, and that you may consider giving SunQuest another try. Best regards, The SunQuest Team ☀️

Free (?) trial?
Response from developer
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the experience gave you that impression. SunQuest uses Apple’s standard free trial system through the App Store. When starting a free trial, Apple asks users to confirm the subscription with their Apple account, even though no payment is charged during the free trial period. Billing only starts at the end of the trial unless it is canceled beforehand. The trial can be canceled at any time before it ends directly from your Apple account settings to avoid being charged. In addition, SunQuest sends a reminder notification before the trial ends so users do not forget if they wish to cancel. Please also note that SunQuest includes free features that can be used without starting a trial or subscription. We hope these clarifications help, and that you may consider giving SunQuest another try ☀️ Best regards, SunQuest Team
3 Tage Testversion
Danke!
Je me désabonne.
Response from developer

Hello, Thank you for trying SunQuest and for sharing your feedback. SunQuest remains available for free. After viewing all the available offers, you can simply close the screen using the X in the top-right corner to continue using the app 🙂 The free version already includes the essential features, such as viewing the sun’s position at your current location for the next 15 days. We hope this helps and that you’ll consider giving SunQuest another try ☀️ If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out — we’ll be happy to help!

Hello, Thank you for your interest in SunQuest and for taking the time to share your feedback. SunQuest can still be used for free: after viewing the available offers, you can simply close the presentation screen by tapping the X button in the top-right corner to access the app 😉 The free version still provides access to the core features, including visualizing the sun’s position for your current location up to 15 days in advance. Teste enganoso
Response from developer

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that SunQuest did not meet your expectations. We understand that the way the trial is presented may give that impression. However, there is absolutely no obligation: as indicated in the app, you can cancel at any time before the end of the trial period and no charge will be made. Also, if you open the screen displaying the available plans, you always have the option to continue using the app with its standard features, without starting a trial. The trial simply allows you to explore the premium features with no commitment. In addition, a notification is sent one day before the trial ends to remind you that you can cancel if you wish. This trial system follows Apple’s standard model, used by many apps on the App Store. We hope this helps clarify things and that you might consider giving the app another chance. If you have any other questions or need further details, feel free to reach out — we’ll be happy to help! 😉☀️
