Tried to get help with my account and the customer service is a robot. Couldn’t get my password reset and it kept repeating the same thing. When I tried to leave a review it said they were offline.

Need a better design. Difficult to locate my services for my membership. I see the history but not other options. Problems updating my payment method. Shows change on app but not in salon.
Needs to be more user friendly
It’s a hit and miss with this app - sometimes I can unfreeze/free my tanning within the app & sometimes I can’t I wish it was more user friendly
Weekend payments
Every weekend when the price for upgrade halves, I lose the ability to see my points or use my credit card.

State time limits
For users in states like Indiana we are held to the every 24 hour rule from the time our tan service ends. The app shows us the history but there are no time stamps I e seen many clients arrive and be turned away because they haven’t reached their 24 hour mark. Time stamps the History for everyone !

Don’t buy a package b/c it takes an act of congress to cancel it. The app keeps you in a perpetual loop so that you cannot cancel, no one will answer the phone at the store, it’s a racket!

Tried yo freeze my account and can never do it
Can’t see how many session I have!
One of the most things that you want to see on your app is what your balance is /how many session you have on your account. And you cannot see that on this application. Also, there is a tap that says contact customer service, but there is no way to contact anyone. I find this application to be absolutely useless and will never use it.

Whenever I try signing in the App never works , I am out of the Country so I’m trying to freeze my account and this app does not give any options to do so . Customer support is not around at all when I try to accept cookies nothing happens , they really need to make this user friendly or not have the App when I spoke to a worker that is always there about freezing my account she said I have to wait until the new billing cycle because I just came back after a very long hiatus and that the App is working , however for me and I am sure many others it’s not .

Impossible cancel / freeze
You need to make it more accessible to freeze or cancel. I’ve been trying to freeze my account for 20 mins now and still can’t find the option on app or site. Now I just want to cancel all together.
