Glitches for the last week
The app is great when it works but lately some locations do not have on line check in and you have to choose somewhere far off and the scroll to find the location you need.

3 days trying to cancel my membership, actually I freezed it 1 year ago and they are still charging me 60 box a month and I don’t even live there anymore
Service sucks
Store was open until 11 it was 9pm and they had already closed the spray tans to sit around and chit chat

App works, until you want to cancel. Cancellation process is not intuitive and like trying to find needle in ten haystacks

Apparently, the ability to cancel your subscription is so buried in their app that it’s impossible to find. I tried to call and I got a voicemail message with no one answering. So now I have to drive there to tell them I’d like to cancel my membership.. Yet if you go into their.FAQ it says that it’s simple and easy to cancel right on the app.

The app doesn’t give you membership prices and either way it’s expensive. 4 visits for 50. I can go and purchase the top grade membership anywhere else and spend just as much and be able to tan the whole month. If you wanna be on gossip girl go here, if you wanna be tan don’t.
Freeze not so easy
Chat explains how to freeze, but then the app isn’t allowing it. Don’t even see the options the way chat explains how to do it. Running in circles without any options

Disappointment
I’ve been going to the salon for nine years for nine years. No one could help me get into the app so that I could reserve a tanning bed or ketchup on specials or whatever until I came in today and they needed me to sign paperwork on my computer for you guys well I could not get into my app. I never have been able to get into my app and no one has ever taken the time to help me get into my app so that I could do these type of things so they had no choice, but to stop and help me get into the app and finally after some frustrating minutes, they did get me into the app nine years though really this is the kind of customer service yeah?????????????????(?(

Worst app ever
I’m tech savvy but this app sucks. It will not allow me to add payment. When I go to the salon the fetuses at the front desk look at me like I have 5 heads. It’s frustrating!
App stinks
Over and over again, this app “goes down,” doesn’t work, gives error messages, etc. What good is it if it RARELY WORKS! 🤬
