Forgot password doesn’t work
Forgot my password and the “forgot password” button doesn’t end up sending you a password reset link. Tried explaining this to their tech support and they just told me they sent me another link (which didn’t come through) otherwise to do forgot password again 🤦🏻♀️ replied to the email to clarify again that this does not work as I’m not receiving a password reset link and unfortunately didn’t hear back from anyone. Extremely disappointing that the tech support for this app can’t even assist with something as basic as a forgotten password and getting a customer back into their account. Due to this I can’t access my scans and now have to wait to have them emailed over directly from the clinic.
