Waste of time. No real properties
It’s supposed to be a marketplace where sellers list properties and buyers place bids. However, sundae has no control. Sellers refuse to sell when you have the winning bid. Sellers will often demand a higher price than the winning bid yet when the higher price is accepted the seller still backs out. Total waste of time!
