Please fix it for phone use
Website is fine online, but trying to use this app on a phone is worse than sitting in traffic, on the way to work, on a hot day. Please fix it. It constantly freezes and isn’t user friendly for the phone by any means. When your trying to book a trip it’s really frustrating, and sometimes we just choose not to book one if a computer isn’t available due to how inconvenient the app is.

How have you not fixed anything?
For months I’ve been trying to book a vacation. On a new iPhone: crash. iPad: crash. PC: crash. The app and the website have actually gotten significantly worse in the past couple years. I just want to see what I’ve already paid a significant amount of money for.

You can’t even login. This app is not being maintained or supported. Don’t waste your time downloading it.
