Please fix it for phone use
Website is fine online, but trying to use this app on a phone is worse than sitting in traffic, on the way to work, on a hot day. Please fix it. It constantly freezes and isn’t user friendly for the phone by any means. When your trying to book a trip it’s really frustrating, and sometimes we just choose not to book one if a computer isn’t available due to how inconvenient the app is.

How have you not fixed anything?
For months I’ve been trying to book a vacation. On a new iPhone: crash. iPad: crash. PC: crash. The app and the website have actually gotten significantly worse in the past couple years. I just want to see what I’ve already paid a significant amount of money for.

You can’t even login. This app is not being maintained or supported. Don’t waste your time downloading it.

Employee App or Customer App??
I thought this might be an app to help members book vacations .... Nope! Appears not. Unfortunately, there is nothing obvious in the description or app itself to tell me that. After frustratingly clicking on almost everything, it became clear this is an employee app. I'm totally cool with that ... I'm glad you've made it so convenient for your employees. However, could you please say that upfront in the description?!? It describes what the company does, but then doesn't let me do any of that stuff in the app. Thanks! (By the way, I've always been 100% satisfied with the website and telephone service ... Not to mention the trips! Great times had by the whole family :-)
