Gone Downhill
This used to be a useful app but now it is much more flaky and difficult to use in a service because the service text floats over other information and is always likely to disappear. Well at least it’s cheap.
New version is useless
This was so good before. Now:
Difficult to find information for future Sundays
Can’t transfer information into my service plan, or anywhere else. Am I supposed to stand in front of the congregation flipping through my iPad screens?

Since the update the page with the browse facility has disappeared. If I need to church readings weeks ahead I have to scroll through all the Sundays in between. This frustrating especially as this page is shown on the app site as being available. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. Please fix this

It works again!
After my previous one star review I thought it only fair to update this review to 5 stars. The APP works again and just in time for Advent too!
New 2025 version is terrible
This used to be an amazing App that I would use every Sunday when leading services. Now it sometimes doesn’t open, it’s a week out and it freezes. Needs to be reviewed by developer.
Still broken
This app just doesn’t work, never downloads data - still, months after the problem started, and after numerous updates. Pointless, and such a shame, as it used to be invaluable.
Where have the readings gone?
This used to a really useful App, but the updated version now no longer includes the text of the readings, so making it far less worthwhile. Also, the formatting on iPad is not as good as before (it no longer supports landscape view). I shan’t be renewing my subscription.
Why update and ruin an excellent tool?
Basically, having subscribed to this app for several years, I was surprised that it stopped working; no warning or notification. It has now reappeared, completely updated and totally useless.

Can’t open it
Used to be a great app, but have been paying a subscription for 6 months for an app that just will not open.
Have deleted it and redownloaded it several times.
Still not working, the website helpfully suggest seeking support or submitting feedback back from within the app, who ch is a touch tricky when it won’t open!!

What happened to you
This used to be so useful. You’d open the app and this Sunday’s information would appear. The app has been updated and now it doesn’t even know what day it is. It’s a week out. That’s not too bad as it’s not so hard to get to the right week. Much worse is that the readings have gone. Yes it says what they are but the full text used to be there and that was so useful. It can take ages to find the right place in another app by which time the reading can be half way through. I can’t recommend this any more as it adds very little value now.

Still not working
In spite of the claim that the bug has been solved the app is still not opening on my iPhone. I have deleted the app and downloaded several times but still get the ‘Data downloading’ message. This needs sorting quickly
Still waiting for the upload
This app worked perfectly until I paid the subscription. Now I am greeted by a forever spinning wheel waiting for something to ‘upload’. I’ve now been waiting two weeks and still can’t get it to work.
Not working now for weeks
Was a good app but issue re incorrect Year designation was never fixed, and now, since recent update, it just doesn’t load, as others have said. Reported the issue weeks ago but still not resolved. What is happening with it?
Once was great but now is useless
This app. still works well on my old iPad because it cannot upload the newer version. However the “updated” version that I installed on my iPhone just tries to download data and fails, and so is of no use at all.
Stuck in downloading mode
Since the latest update, on both iPad and iPhone, the app won’t start, and remains stuck in ‘downloading data’. This is immensely frustrating as I use the app during services to access the readings and collect etc. Please fix!
Broken & Developer uninterested in repair
This app has been an essential tool for someone who ministers peripatetically. But it’s now been broken for over three weeks. Publisher is uninterested in fixing it and responds to support requests with banal emails and pdf versions that simply are not usable in a live context. If the unnecessary update doesn’t work, roll us back to the old one until it does.

Frustrated
I love this app but Since the new design has been released i am unable to download the data onto either my iphone or ipad. Is there an issue preventing the download?
App hanging after update
Since the latest update four days ago the app does not launch on iPad…it constantly hangs downloading data and then reverts to cannot contact server. I’ve used this app for many years without problem…this is now frustrating and needs resolving
Which year are we really in : A,B, or C?
It would be helpful if the details were checked ie we are currently in Yr C, not Yr B - this has caused confusion re the

Kind of useful but there’s an error
Useful for confirming the readings if you don’t have a lectionary to hand but everything in 2025 has been labelled as “Year B” when it surely must be Year C from advent 2024?
