How do I upload
I downloaded the app from an advertisement for being able to sell your crafts. I still have hand made goods from a previous venture, but there is no way to post them in the app. My only options are to buy from others.
Horrible
This app is not easy to navigate also is for vying only not selling .Maybe I can be wrong I can sell but is not easy to find anything. Not everything interesting doesn’t caught my attention . I would not buy anything that app makes the iteams not interesting. When I downloaded this app, I was thinking it was gonna be easier like like other apps I was able to find things that caught my attention and I was able to track things if I buy easier it’s not what I’m interested. This is not for me. Maybe it might be for some other people it’s not for me.

Bugs
Several bugs, for example Upon enrollment- bday is not visible. So it reflects that I’m 175 yrs old and my account won’t let me update it 😂💀 Wish there was a tutorial on how to navigate and use the app upon completing enrollment.

Vids and audio
Not everything has to be a copy of TikTok. I think having vids on the product pages is fine but I am not trying to shop and watch short term content, I want to scroll through images. I also can’t listen to music or audio in another app if I open this app cause of all the vids. And there isn’t a lot of product variety yet, mainly beauty and skin care products. I’ll pass.

Not working
Hi there! I downloaded the app and tried every single way u offer to sign up; all of them said it wasn’t able to process it. I then just continued as a guest and nothing will load. Help!!!
Do not download
They said this app was for black owned businesses I don’t see that. Do not use us just so you can get people to attract your app, use a different reason! My people will delete the app if you lie on our color this is pathetic. I don’t like how you people use black this and black that for your company’s. I hope the person who made this app will fix what they did and see this!

It’s giving…QVC channel 👀
Really cringy ad-like reviews. Some production reminds me of 5 minute craft videos with the music and intros to a product. I’d rather go on TikTok where the reviews on products feel a little more authentic. The products that they’re trying to sell seem cheap for the price they are asking for. Scrolled for 30 mins to give it a chance and then deleted.

I just started using this, and already cringe from the level of intensity that people make on these ads.

Still very much in beta
The app crashed often for me and it was difficult to navigate from some places. It does feel like it’s just getting started. A lot of the pages seem to take a long time to load. Plus very few of these products seem unique or if the best value.

App doesn’t work
I’m in Greece and have been traveling. No matter what WI-FI connection the app won’t load anything to be able to see anything .

The price is to costly not to happy don’t like the stuff you have can get the stuff u have at other stores at a better price
Off putting
The videos on Sune are a caricature of what UGC actually is. The content all feels like it came directly from the shopping channel. It’s obvious that for most of the products, the creator wouldn’t really use what they are selling if they didn’t make money from promoting it. I (25F) liked the concept and downloaded the app, but I had almost immediate ick watching the videos. Wasn’t inspired to buy any of the products that were promoted. The app also freezes often. There’s some work to be done here if the main audience is Gen Z.
