Ständig werden Flüge für ca. 89,90 € angezeigt, vermutlich nur als Lockangebot. Klickt man darauf, heißt es plötzlich „keine Plätze mehr verfügbar“. Wirkt leider wie Kundenfang und ist ziemlich irreführend.

Simply doesn’t work, at all.

Try to book extras like seat selection and added luggage, says no contact details, fill that out next page payment selection then no matter which payment you chose it goes back to no contact information and start again filling it out. Impossible.

Ich hatte endlich gehofft, mit meinem bestehenden Account mich endlich auch in die App einklinken zu können… auch mit diesem Update Fehlanzeige. Angeblich Benutzername oder Kennwort falsch, ist Quatsch…mehrfach den Kontakt mit Sunexpress gesucht, aber anscheinend können die das Problem nicht verstehen. App damit nicht nutzbar und CheckIn nur über die Homepage…

Joke of an app
Tried to pre-pay for seats and it got stuck at “Please wait while we are processing your payment”. Could not check in online - kept getting InvalidPaxInformationException.

Difficult to use
The app is impossible to use. There are buttons not working, no autofill available. I was able to close the page when purchasing a ticket and waiting for the bank. So it got cancelled and I had to start again.

Der Aufruf gebuchter Flüge gelingt schneller und zuverlässiger als mit der alten App.
Aber leider ist es mit der neuen App leider unmöglich zusätzliche Extras zu vorhandenen Buchungen hinzuzufügen. Der Aufruf bleibt IMMER im Nirgendwo hängen.

Ziemlich leicht und schnell zu bewerten. Geht nichts. Ich denke, dass ist just für fun ausgerollt wurde. Die lachen sich wahrscheinlich kaputt am anderen Ende. Ich versuche seit 2 Stunden ein Ticket zu buchen und es hängt sich immer wieder auf. Armutszeugnis
Awful app
Trying to purchase tickets for two days and app shows an error message on the last step. Perhaps it’s not an app but a company. Anyways would not recommend using this app and the company.

Hiçbir işe yaramayan bir uygulama. Uzun yıllardır böyle. Bu kadar çok iş yapan bir firmanın üç kuruş harcayarak profesyonel birine uygulama yazdırmamakta direnmesi utanç verici.
Needs constant work
When it works it’s great. But.. it rarely works properly. There are issues signing in, it doesn’t remember you.. there are booking issues with wrong PNR numbers, or doesn’t recognise your name or booking. The arrow going round and round, never ending.. trying to book today is a nightmare.
Worst app I've ever used
Isn't up to date and shows incorrect information. 3 months after they moved me to a flight later in the day it is still not showing up properly on the app. Showed I had purchased a different type of fair than I had. Incredibly difficult to use when it's like this
Not user friendly
Many problems with new version. I lost my log in information. I tried many times to sign in, including resetting my password, but it’s not working. I select Euro but it changes back to GBP. Then it suddenly times out. Very annoying.
Special Assistance Requests Disappear After Booking – Ongoing Issue with SunExpress
We are extremely frustrated with SunExpress Airlines. Every time we book a ticket, we carefully select the “special assistance” option during the reservation process. However, once the ticket is purchased, this request simply disappears from the system. This issue happens every single time without exception!
When we arrive at the airport, no one seems to have any record of our request, and we end up facing serious inconvenience and stress. How is this acceptable? Are passengers’ needs really treated with such disregard?
We strongly urge the responsible teams to address and fix this issue immediately. Instead of ignoring passengers’ needs, please fix your system and stand behind the service you claim to provide!

Canceled my booking but still they are selling same date ??

They canceled my flight even no reason ,I check same flight on website price up and 9 tickets left what can l say that ?? I bought that flight one way £90 including my bags please look after your customers be honest for customers never ever flight again !! I made a plans during to my flight dates I upset me

Poor customer service
I’ve been trying without success to speak to anyone with ref to my forthcoming flight I just need to load my seats I’ve been unable to carry out this task via my app
