Personal bank
They have always caught frauds before we do and really appreciate it. Only complaint is that my bank do not have own atm machine I have to search for atm to withdraw funds or at store checkouts.
Frustrated Customer
I run a small nonprofit and I’m able to use my username password to get on the desktop app but whenever I want to make a mobile deposit using the mobile app, it won’t log me in. I call customer service. I give them my social my account number, but the address I have on file is different from the one that’s in my profile and so because I didn’t remember the original address I opened the account up with like over 10 years ago and this bank has changed hands like three times now the customer service person wouldn’t help me. It’s the most frustrating experience ever. I’m going to another bank after this so tired of dealing with it.

Rates keep dropping
The HYSA interest rates keep dropping, four times since I opened my account less than a year ago. No notifications when this happens! Will be transferring to a better bank.
Slow clunky… no updates to improve
This ap drives me NUTS… is it bad when you are considering having banks for a better ap and web applications. Slow slow slow, clunky and not responsive. The transfer between accounts will cause you to curse :/
