The Sunflower Bank App is easy to use!!!
Personal bank
They have always caught frauds before we do and really appreciate it. Only complaint is that my bank do not have own atm machine I have to search for atm to withdraw funds or at store checkouts.
Frustrated Customer
I run a small nonprofit and I’m able to use my username password to get on the desktop app but whenever I want to make a mobile deposit using the mobile app, it won’t log me in. I call customer service. I give them my social my account number, but the address I have on file is different from the one that’s in my profile and so because I didn’t remember the original address I opened the account up with like over 10 years ago and this bank has changed hands like three times now the customer service person wouldn’t help me. It’s the most frustrating experience ever. I’m going to another bank after this so tired of dealing with it.

Rates keep dropping
The HYSA interest rates keep dropping, four times since I opened my account less than a year ago. No notifications when this happens! Will be transferring to a better bank.
Slow clunky… no updates to improve
This ap drives me NUTS… is it bad when you are considering having banks for a better ap and web applications. Slow slow slow, clunky and not responsive. The transfer between accounts will cause you to curse :/

They Took My Money
I opened and account on August 30, 2025. I then transferred $193,000 from my Edward Jones account to Sunflower Bank on September 5th, 2025. Then, on September 9th my account is restricted. I have called multiple times, visited a branch and non of them can help me. I have even emailed the current CEO Neal Arnold to no avail. Do not bank with Sunflower Bank here in Colorado. The following people I had interactions with were CJ Grayson, Keisha Hunt, Ashley Kowalski, Panween Arbeen, Emily Frank and Jordan Kuban.

I’ve had a great experience with Sunflower Bank and their app. It’s easy to use, reliable, and makes managing my finances simple. The layout is clean, transactions show up quickly, and features like mobile deposit and transfers work smoothly every time. Customer service has also been helpful whenever I’ve needed them. Online banking is horrible
I have tried to be patient with the online banking system but a few years of not being able to rely on getting into my account via the app or website is wearing on me. It will quite regularly send me a “you can log back in” notification when putting in my login information. I haven’t been able to get my facial recognition to work for quite awhile now.
I am now looking at reviews for banks with good on line services to switch accounts. Frustrating.

Can’t transfer funds
They recently updated the app I guess. I used to be able to transfer funds between my accounts in multiple ways. Now there is no way to do it on the app. What’s even the point of app if I can’t do anything there?

Mobile banking Ap
Very easy to use for mobile banking deposits, account review.
Very bad
I never write reviews but I had to because this app is literally the worst. It’s so slow, doesn’t let me use venmo, and sometimes the app doesn’t let me into my account and leaves me with no way to check my balance. Horrible app that needs to get fixed.
No longer works in Landscape.
App isn’t too bad, but the last update made it unusable on an iPad. You can no longer use the app in landscape. I’ve given up on the app.
