Beyond good, Sun Life goes into the great category for clean healthy nutritious food with amazing personable knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend the entire menu.
ADD FRIGGIN APPLE PAY OPTION!!!!!
Most annoying app ever makes you enter your credit card then when you hit yes to save it , it doesn’t save it and takes you back to your order and tells you that the time has run out and makes you start the entire process over again because there is no Apple Pay option that is a huge waste of time when you’re setting up to order and then it times out while you have to go get your credit card please in the year 2026 please get it together and add the goddamn Apple Pay

App Sucks!!!
Been disappointed for years in the app, freaking love SunLife , I’m from Malibu where it all started. Make it easier to buy stuff with your app.. You don’t take phone orders anymore. App logs you out after a month or so, it barely just started syncing your passwords from your iPhone. Every time I’m busy, and wanna phone ahead or order ahead the app blocks me. Then if I try to order as a guest user, it makes me give all kinds of random information that I don’t have time to enter in. In each box
Why not just let us use Apple Pay like every other app?
This isn’t high security stuff - I just want to order a smoothie.

So time consuming
If you want to make an order it forces you to create an account, setup an ungodly long password, input all your cc info, and nothing autofills.. had to change the time in the order twice it took so long…
First time
Does not have autofill for information through Apple or credit card. Requires account. No guest check out and doesn’t notify you unless you’ve been through the entire process and then says you cannot pay. Can’t order over the phone so must go through this process. No individual add ons to indicate price for modifications.

Terrible
Took over 15 min to try to order a smoothie. I got incredibly frustrated and it kept taking a long time to load. I was trying to sign up since it MAKES you sign up to use, even though there is a guest check out. I tried doing guest checkout and after filling EVERYTHING out it tells me this location doesn't accept guest checkout.
Incredibly frustrating, time consuming experience just to order a smoothie. But since they don't take orders over the phone and the website wasn't allowing me to order. The new site kept saying there was an error when attempting to log me in, so I even tried all three of my email addresses to create a new log in which also all gave me errors.
This should be fixed as I won't continue to ever order from sun life if it is this challenging.
