Why on earth did you choose such a dark color for the oceans? When the dark night shade passes over them it is difficult to determine exactly the day/night boundaries.

Does exactly what it says it does.
Love this app
I have used this app for a long time now. Check it daly and sometimes several times during the day. When watching the news on TV it is easy to use this app to check the region to see if it is currently daylight there. I like it so much that I'd like to pay for it but there isn't a way to do so.

The Simplest application so far. Before even checking out the world time to bother calling friends and family, this application lets me know if its day or night so that I should call or not !!!

Not sure if the app display the map in real time, i.e the shadow will move every hour or so to show real movement of the (earth, sun) or is it just a snapshot.
I would request from the developers to make the app track the light and dark in real time if it does not do that already, and also add an option in the app to keep the screen ON so it wont dim please. It would be nice to leave the app on and see real time movement of the light. Maybe also add an option for the updates frequency like every 1min, 15min, 30min, 1hour... Will be great
