Needs improvement and no support
The app is useful as far as being able to get notifications of project stage changes, but documents area appears to be view only. No option to save to your device or print the PDFs . No where to request help for the app or look up how to use the features if they exist.
Does not work
App is clunky at best. Password resets don’t actually reset. I’ve had my system for 2 years now and have successfully been able to access my monitoring exactly once. There is no customer service for this app. So frustrating.
