No back button
No back button and need to close entire app every time
There’s no ‘back’ button, no auto sync account
There’s no ‘back’ button, I have to close the entire app and open again to return to the main page.. there’s no appointment number in the SMS, it’ll be better if can link my appointments in the app automatically by phone number.
Bad UI
Apps didn’t have back button, the dialog box didn’t resize according to your screensize, the dialog box always stuck on the top of the screen, which you aren’t able to enter ur input.
Unbelievable bad
Seriously no back button at your app? The search is right at the top of the screen of my battery display? Your app looks like it’s done by a bunch of primary school kids. Unbelievable bad.
Hard to use
There is no “RETURN” button! Once you click in somewhere you literally CAN’T go back, have to restart the apps again.
Rooms Of Improvement
About the search doctor, can be enhanced to chatbot type, usually patient doesn’t know what dr to look for except they can tell which part of the body not feeling well

Suggestion
How about allowing user to manage family members appointments. It will be convenient as we can assist elderly in the family to schedule appointments and receive reminders for upcoming appointments.
App and website to be improved
1) No indication of SMC and SMCV
2) Some SMCV doctors are not found
3) Appointments made in SMCV website are not found in the app
4) Unresolved problem with my phone number not matching with hospital records despite calling several times to correct it.
5) Have not been able to access to retrieve my X-ray reports since 5 days ago😵💫

Cannot use!
This app totally cannot use! Contacted Customer Care to make appointment, asked me to download the app, at the end downloaded cannot use and reached again CS, they asked to walk in!

Always unable to verify myself as patient as MRN not showing eventhough all the details i key in is correctly. I keep remove and add also cant

Good but can be improved.
For future updates, please consider to allow us to add more than one patient profile. I can only have one patient profile and it’s inconvenient to remove and add my family members’ profiles when we check for the upcoming appointments.

Unable to verify my account
A wrong phone number seems to appear on screen after I key in my IC and when I want to perform account verification using SMS. How am I suppose to proceed further if there is no option to change the phone number ??? Ok so

Hello, it is nice to hv such a useful apps, but not happy with the report is only available for few days? Y not it keep forever? (Just curious).
