App péssimo para acompanhar seus investimentos, simplesmente ele não abre no celular.

Está pessimo

A cada nova atualização, mais coisas vão deixando de funcionar. Parece até manutenção reversa. ETFs internacionais sumiram sem informar desinvestimentos. O botão de atendimento só existe de enfeite, onde você clica e nada acontece. Nem canal para cancelar a assinatura é possível acessar.

Pra gente resolver, me conta pelo suporte (contato@sunoresearch.com.br) o modelo do seu aparelho, o sistema (Android ou iOS) e o que acontece ao abrir o app (trava no logo, fecha sozinho, dá erro?). Enquanto isso, vale testar desinstalar e instalar de novo, que às vezes destrava. Obrigada por avisar!

Antes era bom, agora está um lixo, não abre os relatórios, então não serve para nada

Oi, André! Tudo bem? Sinto muito pela experiência. Mas tenho uma boa notícia: já corrigimos o problema com a abertura dos relatórios. Pra receber o ajuste, é só atualizar o app pela loja (App Store) e abrir de novo, deve voltar a funcionar normalmente.
