Incredibly disappointing product
I want to support a B-Corp bank but their products are so frustrating I don’t think I can stand it anymore. Mobile Deposit not appearing, not working, and the help is non-existent. Seems years behind other banks.
Accounts do not show up in proper areas
Can see linked bank accounts and can see loan accounts, but not in any useful joint screens to make them useful.

I’ve been banking with them for a long time and I’m extremely satisfied with the customer service. While I was struggling financially, My Account would dip below. They would reverse my overdraft fees. I’m so grateful especially when you financially struggling you can’t afford overdraft fees. I would highly recommend and I do recommend sunrise Bank to everybody.

I am enjoying the use of Sunrise Banks Security warnings on my card Account. We are considering use of the CardValet.
Adequate app
The required password change process is beyond reasonable.
Very convenient banking
I use mobile banking for depositing checks and checking on my accounts. However I think the required change in password every quarter is overkill and annoying. The bank should have a more secure system and should not force all its clients to be obliged to make changes every quarter. Please explain why once a year is not good enough 😳

Mobile app needs work
Interest rates reflected in app not accurate: for instance my mortgage rate is 3.625 not 3.63 this is an easy fix to get correct and makes the bank look sloppy.. Can’t access all your account statements on line why is that ?? Again looks lazy Overall interface needs work compared to other banks

For a small bank it does a pretty good job at maintaining relevance of its app. The employees actually care about feedback on the app’s performance and will take suggestions from customers.

Clunky
I find this app confusing. Previous online banking app was very straight forward. This one, numbers shift in order over time and I can't always be confident of the accuracy of my online statement at any given time .
