Good banking experience

Mainly thanks to Laxmi sunrise outlets which is available all over the country. Most convenient for ATMs ani mobile banking pani smooth chha. Aru bank ko compare garne nai ho bhane aru bank ma paisa last ma gayera failed bhanxa ani paxi katxa but yesma testo xaina mobile banking afulai chaiyeko bela login pani hunchha without any errors. Bank le interest rate khasai nadiye pani aru ma switch huna baddhe banako xaina.

Not able to connect Internets

I have already full wifi connection with good speed but i can not able to open this app when i am going to open the app its say can not connected to Internets plz fix it

Very bad service

I went to office in Baniyatar to open my bank account and activate my mobile banking & ATM card ,the two lady staffs working there are not even saying hi or lets say no greetings at all but also they are not willing to help me.I was travelling to foreign country next day so i request them to activate my mobile banking as well but they are just ignoring instead of taking iniciative to help.They are not willing to listen what i was trying to say.Anyhow i open the bank account and i told them i will be travelling to foreign country tomorrow so do i need to put my foreign number or i can give my dad number and the reply was i can give my dad number its ok.The next day i came in foreign country and try mobile banking its not working.I told my sister to call bank and ask for help and the staff on the phone is not getting able to help also.I am shocked with surprise that the people working in bank is not even fully aware and not understand about their responsibility.The bank higher management should take responsible to check if their staffs are giving good service to customers or not thats all.
Unsatisfied with the behaviours of staffs working in Baniyatar Office.
