Extremely poor

This is an extremely poor app which is not supported well by Altera. Frequent login problems and frequent freezing/ graying out of screen. Hospital IS folks keep opening tickets with Altera but no resolution. Try to avoid it if you can.,

Suboptimal

I don’t know how many of the problems with this are due to the app itself vs my institution’s implementation of it. But it’s very limited when trying to enter orders as order sets are completely unavailable. There’s also some problem with patient lists. The ones I create myself work fine, but the ones created by the institution only show about half the patients that are really there. The log in process is tedious and doesn’t let me use the autofill function of iOS. It’s better for iPad than it is for iPhone. Many of the screens just don’t work well on the smaller screen.

Does not work

Does not work at all in general, and does not work with newer iPhones. Classic sunrise, not working, and cheap.

Majorly frustrating

Logs out all the time and gotta restart the app before being able to log on again

I have to switch my phone to light mode anytime I want to view labs. This app needs to support dark mode.

Useless time wasting not user friendly app

Logs out quickly. Passcode doesn’t work to log back in. Then you get an error message and have to reset the app to get it to work. Another false dawn from Sunrise.

Unusable

Whoever thought using white text on a white background to choose different results or black text on a black backgrounds needs to be given an award for the most stupid programming decision ever made. Congratulations

I didn’t think it could get so much worse

Entirely unhelpful, logs out after short periods of time & while still being used. Takes ages to load pages and log in. A massive waste of the taxpayers money

What rubbish

The latest update takes forever to load, the screen grays out and the wheel of death scrolls on and on.

Not compatible with ios

Improve compatibility on ios, screens are dark, some orders are impossible to place through app. Needs more user friendliness.

Broken

New update unable to scroll documents, everything cut off. Also night mode still doesn’t show text. Who are the coders on this useless app?

Scroll down needs to be fixed

I can not scroll down with the latest version. Please fix it asap. You guys do not even read the reviews. This is the most basic thing in an app and everyone is screaming in the reviews. Complete trash.

Agreed with above criticisms

Lab results are blank in dark mode, scrolling on clinical documents is cumbersome (need two fingers to initiate scrolling… why?), and the vital signs graphs are map-aligned. Really does need an urgent refresh of these issues.

Barely usable

Barely usable, result names don’t show, not intuitive, looks amateurish, older Sunrise Mobile MD II at least is functional and helpful at the point of care.

Login glitch

Since the new update the app has a glitch in facial recognition automatic login. It is extremely annoying
