Dear, Sorry about the frustration. Multi-page PDFs are supported, but the app has a system to prevent abuse, and won't let the user transcribe if the amount of pages to transcribe is predicted to consume many more credits than the credits the user has left. As music transcription has a cost associated, this is a mandatory measure to prevent abuse. I am sorry to hear about your frustration and will improve the way this is explain in the future.
