Здравствуйте! Нам жаль, что у вас возникла проблема с регистрацией. На экране «Создадим аккаунт» попробуйте выбрать «Продолжить с Apple» или «Продолжить с Gmail». Также можно выбрать «Продолжить с электронной почтой» и ввести 6-значный код из письма — проверьте папку «Спам». Если войти всё равно не удаётся, пожалуйста, напишите нам через https://sunscore.so/legal/contact и укажите модель iPhone и текст ошибки. Мы обязательно поможем разобраться.
Doesn’t work
PDF won’t upload either saying don’t have enough credit even tho I do

Dear, Sorry about the frustration. Multi-page PDFs are supported, but the app has a system to prevent abuse, and won't let the user transcribe if the amount of pages to transcribe is predicted to consume many more credits than the credits the user has left. As music transcription has a cost associated, this is a mandatory measure to prevent abuse. I am sorry to hear about your frustration and will improve the way this is explain in the future.
